MOLLY POCKET, aka Nina Sevigny Parrotta, is an emerging freestyle dubstep producer and harsh noise musician residing on the unceded Lekwungen and Wsanec territories. MOLLY brings to the stage dissonant mixing techniques and original productions that blend classic dubstep with noise and drone influences. MOLLY is an accomplished classical pianist, and completed her grade 10 royal conservatory practical exam at the age of 18, achieving Honours status. She also holds a BFA majoring in Visual arts, specializing in high concept Sound Art and Installation.

With roots in the island’s music scene, MOLLY has been performing in bands since the age of 16, having shared lineups with talent such as Talib Kweli and Twin Peaks. She released her debut solo album in May 2024 and her productions have been supported and shared on CFUV radio, having hit #1 on the EDM top ten twice, and landing #71 on CFUV's top 100 albums of 2024. Live, Her sets are decorated with homemade choppy, layered video art for your visual displeasure. MOLLY has an affinity for hard hitting UK Dubstep, but has lately been dominating the scene as a co-founder and resident DJ of Victoria’s only GOTH NITE.

We're grateful to collaborate and produce on the shared, stolen, unceded, ancestral and traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwitslum and other Hul’qumi’num speaking peoples, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island, British Columbia. We recognize the complex impacts that hosting settlers and non-settlers has on the Indigenous land and peoples of this area, and we aim to be responsible and accountable for these impacts and our footprint—whether cultural, environmental or social.

We acknowledge the generous support of our partners and funders:
