IHA is an arts and music curator, 1/2 of audiovisual duo i+eo with ephemeral objects, and head of Naga collective based in Vancouver, BC. Exploring everything under the moon from ambient/downtempo to bass/techno hybrids, their sets are immersive, shapeshifting, and uniquely tailored to location, time, and audience. Inspired by the west coast underground community and nature, they apply organic flow and methods, dreams, and cultural memory as a Filipinx diaspora to their work.
IHA plays with Acceleration Radio on August 8 from 12PM–4PM at the Rave the Roof Stage, and is hosting a workshop as i+eo on August 8.
We’re grateful to collaborate and produce on the shared, stolen, unceded, ancestral and traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwlitsum and other Hul’qumi’num speaking peoples, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island, British Columbia. We recognize the complex impacts that hosting settlers and non-settlers has on the Indigenous land and peoples of this area, and we aim to be responsible and accountable for these impacts and our footprint—whether cultural, environmental or social.
